Welcome to our charming, unique loft apartment in a house built in 1557, completely renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in April 2022. Located in the absolute heart of Old Town (Gamla Stan). From here it's walking distance to most of Stockholm's top attractions, including the the Royal Palace and the Nobel museum....

The location was outstanding. Easy to get into. Be very aware of the stairs, they are definitely difficult to navigate with bags. Could use a deep clean in the shower. Bed linens and towels weren’t great. But the location is outstanding!

This place was an absolute gem! Perfect location in Gamlastan with charming cobblestone streets and many great restaurants. It was fun getting to “live” in the old town with all its beautiful buildings and fascinating history, and so easy to walk to all the sights, catch the ferry, or catch the train to explore other places. The apartment was equipped with everything you could need and you could feel the heritage in its stone walls…very comfortable stay and the charm of the old town was worth every penny!

What an amazing apartment - very unique. The location can’t be beat - in the heart of Gamla Stan. Using the app for the key to get in is a great idea - so easy to use and we didn’t have to worry about losing a key or forgetting a code. William is a great host - very responsive. We needed help with the washer and he came right over. I highly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic location right in the heart of Stockholm’s tourist area. Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops nearby. The apartment description is accurate: the building is old, and the steep staircase in particular can be challenging for small children or older guests.We managed to get the washing machine and dishwasher working, but we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work.The open-plan kitchen/living area is very cozy and feels new. For the four of us, the apartment was spacious enough.Communication was excellent and quick, and we were able to use the early check-in service.We had a lovely stay!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
