Perfect location wise. Everything that was needed was close by. Brilliant coffee shops close by too. The apartment is very ideal, if you’re mostly going to explore the beautiful city of Stockholm on your trip. Close by a few restaurants, and they do make some noise early in the mornings. But it’s still possible to sleep in. Nothing too extreme. We had a pleasant stay, and got to experience a lot in Stockholm. William’s communication was very efficient too!

A fantastic location to stay — right in the heart of Stockholm. The host, Williams, was always very attentive and made sure our needs and requests were taken care of. Everything was very clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can be a bit noisy because of the restaurant next door, but for me it wasn’t an issue.Thanks for everything!!

Studio is in nice place, it has nice amenities. Host is great. I would give something like 4.5/5 if it would be possible as the studio is bit dated and up for some renovations e.g. mold on the grout in the bathroom.

House rules
-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the unit OR ON THE COURTYARD will be charged with SEK 2000 (!)
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit (no Swedes ever do that).
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.
-Please note there is a restaurant in ground floor (for instance getting deliveries some mornings). Hence the listing is marked "sound disturbed" - see that section if you are light sleeper or easily disturbed!

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
