El alojamiento de Elias se corresponde con la descripción y con las fotos. Me parece perfecto para 2 personas, sin embargo creo que es pequeño para 4. Es bonito y acogedor, está situado en un barrio seguro y tranquilo, a unos 12 min andando de la parada de metro más cercana y a 50 min andando hasta Gamla Stan.
No le doy 5 estrellas porque la cama no es de calidad. Tampoco creo que sea adecuado pedir que a los huéspedes que retiren las sábanas si se paga una cuota de limpieza.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, and it’s always a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—close to my office in Stockholm and within walking distance of excellent restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and my favourite coffee shop. The neighbourhood is convenient and feels incredibly safe, making it perfect for any traveller.
The building is quiet, allowing for restful nights after a busy day. I genuinely appreciate how consistent and reliable this place is, and it’s my go-to accommodation in Stockholm.
I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city—whether for business or leisure—and I’m already looking forward to my next stay! The host, Elias, is also very attentive and proactive with instructions and support.

Unterkunft war gut zu Fuss ab der Station Odenplan erreichbar. Check-in per Schlüsselbox hat sehr gut funktioniert.

My stay was pretty good. Apartment was clean and for Stockholm standard was pretty warm during my November stay which was nice. At the pictures the apartment had different colours of furniture, but technicaly it was the same and at the end, i felt really good. Thank you.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
