The accommodation was well placed for our needs and exactly as described.
Unfortunately the published sofa bed provided was an uneven firm leather/faux leather type and very uncomfortable to lay upon.
After raising this with Olof we did find a spare duvet hidden in a cupboard but which made little difference to the comfort level. The provision of a simple quality topper mattress would have made an enormous difference.

It takes approximately 5-7 minutes to get from the nearest station to the home. It is easy to find a home, because the doors are directly under the sign with street number. The apartments are light and spacious. Everything was clean, you got the shampoo & gel in the shower, and all the needed cups/plates/etc in the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, but it still has lots of places to visit. Coming to the cons: it was cold (and it seems that the centralized heating was not turned on yet), beds looked a bit dirty to me (linens are clean) and we had a small issue with a smoke alarm which started beeping at 6am (though I do not think it was a predictable situation). Mr. Olof is very friendly, and helped us during our stay.
This place is worth its money, I don't think anyone will be disappointed.

We loved the apartment and enjoyed the view from the window. It was in a great location in a fun neighborhood full of thrift shops and record stores. However, I was a bit put off by the app-based key system. It locked me out two days before my scheduled check-out, and I had to contact Olof to regain access. He asked for ID and required me to sign an additional contract regarding noise and usage, but didn't show the same level of attentiveness in ensuring the key remained functional.

Appartamento piccolo ma ben tenuto nel quartiere più cool di Stoccolma con tutto, ma proprio tutto a portata di mano. Si accede alla palazzina e all'appartamento tramite app sul telefono, ma tutto viene spiegato alla perfezione. Unica nota, consiglierei : o di vendere l'appartamento per sole 2 persone oppure di mettere un vero divano letto perché quello esistente non vale un letto, nemmeno singolo. Se poi il piede del divano lo trovi già rotto e devi arrangiarti con una pila di libri per far dormire tua figlia, è ancora più spiacevole. Nonostante avessi segnalato subito la cosa, non abbiamo avuto il divano letto riparato durante il soggiorno, però Olof ci ha concesso un'ora di check out dopo le 11 dell'ultimo giorno.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
