Njut av att ha allt inom räckhåll från denna perfekt belägna basen. Boendet ligger nära sjön med vackra omgivningar och är bara en 10-minuters promenad från tågstationen, Åre bycentrum och liftarna. Livsmedelsaffär, Systembolaget och skidbuss finns precis runt hörnet. Lägenheten har även egen uteplats för en after-ski i solen....

The place is cozy and quiet, perfect for a relaxing weekend! Communication with the host was good.
As said by other guests, small fixes could really improve the place, like getting a kettle, fixing the dish washer door and the shower head., etc.

Veldig enkelt og greit opplegg, og vi fikk i aller høyeste grad det vi betalte for. Veldig stort pluss for gratis parkering og tilgang til utstyrsbod

Fint sted til prisen. God plassering for sommersykling i heisanlegget, og diverse butikker bare 100 meter borte.
Litt manglende vedlikehold med løse kraner, løs oppvaskmaskindør og liknende.
Manglet internett og hadde svært få kanaler på TV, selv om det ikke var så farlig for vår del da vi var ute morgen til kveld.

Sentral beliggenhet. Gangavstand til det meste. Litt utbedringer trengs, eks løs dusjhode, løs vegg på vaskemaskin, trøblete lås på ytterdør. Ellers fungerte alt fint.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
