The apartment is located inside a building named Boo Boo Living, well connected by tram and boat, just half an hour from the city center. Beautiful surroundings and two grocery stores, Ica and Willys are a few minutes away. The apartment looks just like on the photos and everything was very clean. Some listed amenities like oil, salt and pepper weren't there and would have enjoyed more furniture and accessories (hairdryer, bath mats, hangers) and warmer heating.
Right after the booking Andreas sends you a link with a questionnaire asking for your IDs and other info, asking to sign a form with some extra rules like washing the dishes, disposed of the garbage and collect the bedsheets. They seem a bit excessive and I would have liked to have known them before.
Check-out 10am and check-in 4pm, unless you pay an extra, not exactly fair.
Lastly, we had problems both at checkin (door didn't open) and checkout (incorrect instructions), nearly losing our flight. More attention is required.

Great location for a good big supermarket and the tram towards Stockholm city. We stayed there over Christmas to see family in Lidingo so it was just what we needed. Very clean and nice flat with comfortable beds but would have appreciated a hairdryer. Instructions how to get in to the flat were not quite correct as fob didn’t work and we had to program a key card found in the reception receiving instructions by phoning a contact number. Otherwise the instructions were very good.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Andreas is a great host, very responsive and helpful. He left easy to follow instructions for check in and check out and everything went smooth. The apartment is lovely and looks just like on the photos, cozy and functional. Everything was very clean. It does not have a washing machine, but there is a common laundry room downstairs which you need to schedule, my recommendation is to do it upon arrival because usually slots are booked a few days ahead. The location is in a secluded district, but the tram station and ferry stop are just around the corner and it takes about 30-35 min to get to the city center. There is a large supermarket in 5-7 min walking distance with a small pharmacy section. Overall great experience!

Boendet matchar beskrivningen väl; rent, rymligt och fräscht. Men det bästa måste ändå vara närheten till allt man behöver.
- Färja (några minuters promenad).
- Lidingö-banan för att ta sig till vidare till tunnelbana/centrum (precis utanför lägenheten).
- Matvarubutiker, Ica och Willys (också några minuters promenad).

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
