Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dalla metro che ti porta in centro Stoccolma. Paesino grazioso, immerso nel verde, piazzetta con tutti i negozi utili. Appartamento curato, pulito, corrisponde alla descrizione. Indicazioni chiare per check-in e check-out

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu zweit hier und es war sehr viel Platz. Die Lage ist sehr nah an der Innenstadt und der Check-In war sehr einfach. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Bad ist etwas gebrauchter als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig, nur die Nachbarskinder waren vermutlich durch die Sommerferien teils etwas lauter. Wir hatten anfangs ein Problem mit der Duschbrause, welches sehr schnell mit Andreas geklärt werden konnte und innerhalb einer halben Stunde persönlich durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter behoben wurde. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir empfehlen das Inserat weiter und würden es auch wieder buchen. :)

Prima di poter riservare bisogna compilare un questionario dove vengono richieste informazioni non pertinenti (social media ecc. senza nessuna garanzia sul trattamento dei dati!) Appartamento al terzo piano in palazzo anni 70, in parte ristrutturato (cucina). Un po’ povero in stoviglie (4 piatti) e accessori.
A ca 20 minuti di metro dal centro, negozi nelle vicinanze.
Host risponde subito (in parte messaggi automatici) , ma malgrado 4 giorni di soggiorno il problema della doccia rotta non è purtroppo stato risolto.

Very basic apartment, bought by someone just to rent it: IKEA-only interior and curtains not even shortened to fit. Outdated bathroom (the pictures don't show everything) with defects.
Basic kitchen utensils. And only four cups, four plates, four spoons, four knives and so on and so on. Never mind the dishwasher, with the four of us in the apartment we had to do the dishes after every single use.
The sofa bed is too small for two, even for the kids.
And the (dinner) table and placement is way too small for four people.
While making the reservation we were asked to provide our email addresses and social media profiles (url / links). Most messages the host sent us were automated.
We could have known better but checked too late; this host has over 80 (!) apartments on Airbnb. Probably one of the reasons housing is getting more and more expensive in Stockholm.

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
