We were given inaccurate instructions for the floor, lift code and room code, however Olof was quick to reply to amend this.
Also the cooker didn’t work - we weren’t sent incorrect instructions for a different cooker on how to fix it and no attempt was made to remedy this during our stay.
Olof also states extra cleaning fees for dirty dishes or untaken out rubbish which should be included in the Airbnb cleaning fee you already pay - we of course did these but it feels unfair from the host to suggest fines for this.

Great place to stay! The flat is located in a rather clinical apartment block, but the rooms are spacious, clean and the neighbourhood is fantastic. There are some large construction works (tunnel digging) going on in the backyard. I wasn’t bothered by them since I was getting up early, but if you want to sleep longer on weekdays it might be too loud.

Lovely small apartment, was perfectly clean and had everything that was needed. City center is around 20 min by bus away, bus every few minutes. However, our bedroom did not have a window, which was fine as we were only two people and just slept with the door open, but could have been difficult with 3 or more people. The host warns about ongoing construction and some noises that might occur, We did not expect to be woken up every day at 8 am with a constant drilling noise during the day right above our apartment.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
