Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Wohnung! Die Lage ist hervorragend, in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und dennoch in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Besonders gefallen hat mir die stilvolle Einrichtung und die gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass das WLAN manchmal etwas langsam war, aber das hat meinen Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.
Insgesamt kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und würde definitiv wiederkommen!

Olof, o el boot que te contesta es muy rapido. No me pareció ni la hr de acceso y menos la de salida del apartamento, no se presta a ningun movimiento. El lugar esta bonito normal, te pide hacer todo al salir casi casi que limpies todo el lugar y que las sabanas se las pongas a lavar, ojo con eso, horarios muy restringidos, hasta para hablar voz alta, te mandan demasiadas condiciones ya que reservaste y no te cuida tus maletas.

Great location, nicely renovated suite, spacious. Some directions on where to get dropped off and picked up by taxi/uber would have been appreciated as we were a little lost. cars can't drive to the location.
The bar downstairs was very noisy well into the night, the second bedroom bore the brunt of the noise.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
