Le logement de Frédérik est extrêmement bien situé, dans Gamla qui est le quartier historique. Beaucoup de restaurants, et de magasins pour touriste. Le logement est semblable aux description présentées. Cependant, il n’est pas d’une extrême propreté, les vitres sont sales, il y a des taches sur les matelas et les oreillers. Une partie des murs n’est pas peinte, mais il semblerait que ce cela soit dû à un dégât des eaux. Dans l’ensemble c’est un bon logement, très acceptable.

The apartment and location were actually really cool and the place was clean.
I have two remarks that would make the experience better:
The communication with the host was automated and required additional information outside the Airbnb app.
The bathroom drain smelled (which had nothing to do with the surface cleanliness as it was spotless)

This is the perfect place to stay - a beautiful apartment in an amazing location, within easy walking distance of everything you could need and want! It’s a clean, attractive, quirky space, which actually felt fine for four people for a few nights. Wonderful to look out over the rooftops of Stockholm and you can even see the sea! Lovely shops and restaurants nearby, as well as ferries. Frederik was proactive and very clear. I couldn’t recommend more highly, and definitely hope to be back!

Le quartier est top .
L’appartement est beau mais il est sale et pas entretenu .
Odeur d’égout persistante dans la salle de bain qui est vraiment gênante . Le ballon d’eau minuscule ne permet pas de se doucher à 3 avec de l’eau chaude .
Le pommeau de douche ( le gros sur les photos n’existe plus ) menace de s’écrouler . Le plafond est effrité ….
Literie tachée , chaises en tissus tachées et sales , les tissus ne sont jamais nettoyés ?
Pas d’ alèses sous les taies d’oreillers … qui sont tachés .
Les vitres sont dans un etat lamentable .
Le wifi ne fonctionne pas .
Les lustres ont 2 ampoules sur 6 qui fonctionnent .
Le salon a subi un dégât des eaux et la peinture n’est pas refaite ….
Cela ne correspond absolument pas aux photos qui montrent un appartement « neuf » et propre .
Pour une nuit c’est peut être passable , mais en famille sur 6 jours nous avons vraiment été déçus .
L’appartement n’est pas fait pour y rester et pour y manger . Il y a le minimum .

2. I might ask for additional identification and information upon booking
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
