I can't imagine a better place to rent for riding at the Åre bike park. You can ride directly from this location to about halfway up the SE side of the bike park, take the trails down the remainder of the way, and arrive at the main lift. We had lunch at the unit every day.
The unit itself was great, exactly as advertised. The hot tub, grill and pizza oven were all perfect for post-ride relaxation and recharging.
One thing to note- if you don't have a car, this location would be tough- the grocery store (ICA) is all the way down the mountain, and you'll have a big climb to return with groceries.

Kjempefin leilighet. Rolig, koselig beliggenhet. Perfekt for oss som elsker å bade. Vi koste oss i jazzucien og grillet i finværet. Trivelig å bade i regnet også, så det gjorde oss ingenting med litt regn.

Veldig fin leilighet med badstu og jacuzzi. Dumt at det hverken var apple tv slik det sto i annonsen, ei heller tv man kunne bruke. Manglet store håndduker. Skulle være ski in-ski out, litt missvisende da det er et stykke å gå før man kan bruke skiene. Ellers en veldig fin opplevelse

Die Unterkunft ist schön. Es ist ein Apartment im EG, man muss ein paar Treppen gehen um zum Eingang zu gelangen. Der Whirlpool ist von anderen Nachbarn einzusehen aber es war schön und sauber dort. Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sauber, dreckiges Badezimmer und Betten auch die Sauna hat nicht funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin wollte jemanden zum reinigen schicken, leider ist aber niemand gekommen, lediglich saubere Bettwäsche haben wir erhalten.

Mycket bra boende nära till backen med möjlighet till ski-in.
Att ha både jacuzzi och bastu till boendet var oerhört trevligt och utnyttjades väl!
Dubbelsäng i ett rum som var bra, ett av rummen hade fönster en större enkelsäng som gick att sova två i men sista rummet saknade fönster.
Boendet var lyhört då man hörde grannarna ovanför väldigt väl men.
Allt som allt ett prisvärt boende med lite extra för att göra vistelsen trevlig!

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
