The place was great, stayed there for work for a few days. Walking distance from the station and lovely quiet environment. Elias is a great hosts who is very responsive. Thank you.

The apartment was very cute and clean with close proximity to a metro station! The only downsides were that there was a very foul odor (rotten eggs/sewage/musty smell) coming from the kitchen and bathroom that made the entire apartment smell horrible. The other downside was that doing laundry was difficult and we were not able to use the machine because there was one for the entire building and there were no instructions on how to reserve a time slot.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr grandios & die Wohnung hat auch einen schönen Charme, sodass man sich in Schweden willkommen fühlt. Teilweise ist mir allerdings aufgefallen, dass etwas Staub zu finden war, was gerade wenn man wie hier auch einen Reinigungsservice bezahlt nicht sein sollte. Außerdem war an der Wand neben dem Bett ein verdächtiger Fleck, bei dem ich nicht ins Detail gehen möchte.
Bedenkt außerdem, dass hier Dinge wie frühere Check-Ins & Check-Outs nur gegen ziemlich hohe Gebühren möglich sind. (Diese Möglichkeiten sind nicht selbstverständlich, aber die hohen Gebühren haben mich schon etwas abgeschreckt).
Generell hatte die Wohnung aber alles was ich brauchte & gerade die Lage war ziemlich gut. Wenn ihr eine kleine Unterkunft in einem schönen Umfeld sucht, ist diese perfekt, wenn die kleinen Mängel behoben sind.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
