A great apartment in a very central spot in Stockholm! The apartment is very close to central with many restaurants sights and bars for a great stay! The host was very helpful and responsive! We would totally return again and recommend to any traveler for a great stay in the City!

Buen apartamento para estancias cortas. Excelente ubicación. El baño es tal cual en las fotos, así que no hubo sorpresas. La cocina estuvo equipada y el ascensor operativo. También una buena lavandería en el edificio. Lo único es que para el clima de invierno, la ventana no es moderna y entra mucho frío. La calefacción encendida al máximo medio compensa el frío. Sería mi única observación. Diría que botar la basura y recoger lo que desordenas es sentido común de un buen usuario, me pareció innecesario que existan penalidades por no botar basura o no recoger la ropa de la cama y toallas dejándolas donde se indican. Sin necesidad de un cobro o multa, lo hago con todo gusto. Me parece desagradable recibir instrucciones tan punitivas indicando que sino se hace algo, te cobra. Por todo lo demás, buena estancia de 3 días.

Great location, good price, clean and tidy apartment. The balcony is separate from the flat, and the bathroom is very tiny, hardly space to shower. Still would recommend it for some days.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
