Top Lage, allerdings ging die Heizung im Schlafzimmer nicht. Bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur ist das sehr schwierig. Das Badezimmer wäre auch Sanierungsbedürftig. Einige Sachen hätten zudem vorher angemerkt werden sollen. Ein Lautstärke-Messgerät hängt im Flur. Das wurde alles erst nach Bezahlung mitgeteilt und man fühlt sich etwas überwacht und misstraut.

Positive:
+The place has a very good central location
+The host supplied good detail on everything, that made the check in and checkout smooth
+Answers fast.
Negative:
-There are another set of rules that you must agree on outside airbnb even tough airbnb does not recommend this.
-The room has no tv. It is covered in the description so no problem there. But AFTER I ARRIVED i got to know that i am not allowed to play music or anything on speaker making it impossible to do anything in the appartment. It feels intrusive and also unfair.
-The bathroom is not great but it is ok
-The main problem was that the heater in the sleeping room broke making that room a lot colder than the other rooms. Since i stayed there in the end of November outside were minus degrees and snow and i had to sleep in a room with no heater. Very bad! First 3 days the host did not understand my complaint blaming it on the low overall temperature in Swe homes. In the end the host could not fix this nor provide a fix.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
