Petit appartement bien situé pour une famille. Cuisine toute petite (pas de four) mais assez bien équipée. Métro tout proche, à proximité du centre. Très cool parc pour enfant juste en bas!

Het was een topverblijf, over alles wat er was wat er uitleg genoeg en het was een erg gezellig appartement. De omgeving was rustig, maar zag er niet heel mooi uit, maar dit was helemaal geen probleem. Het was wel jammer dat voordat we echt contact hadden met de host, er allemaal regels opgesteld waren. Als we hier niet aan hadden gehouden moesten we een geldbedrag betalen. Zo voelde wij ons niet heel erg welkom. Ook was er geen afzuigkap en kon er maar 1 raam half open. Dus met koken was het wel onhandig. Voor de rest was het helemaal goed, ook snelle reacties van de host die altijd bereid was om te helpen.

I would like to recommend this apartment, great location, the owner of the apartment is kind and sociable, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very comfortable to stay in. There are many cafes nearby and close to transport, such as the metro, trams and buses, and if you want to walk, many attractions are 30 minutes away

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
