This is a perfectly placed apartment with everything one could need, clean, comfortable and in good order. The location is superb - minutes walk to metro and bus routes with easy access to central Stockholm and it’s environment! I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Stockholm at Frederik's place. It was a great apartment, tastefully and helpfully furnished and with plenty of space for our 11 month old to roam safely. The bedroom was also big enough for a travel cot next to the bed which meant we could enjoy our evening once our little one had gone to bed.
The location was great too - very quiet in the evenings but still busy enough to feel safe when walking around. It can be hard to tell from google maps but one of the entrances to the metro is less than 100m away so perfect for getting into the city centre. There is also a large supermarket a couple of hundred metres away.
Checking in and out was super easy too. Would recommend!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
