Överlag var vistelsen bra och naturen var fantastisk.
Positive: Vi bodde på hotellet och upplevelsen var överlag fantastisk. Tjänsterna var utmärkta, rummen rena och bekväma, och personalen väldigt vänlig.

Tyvärr stötte vi dock på ett problem med att nattsömnen inte respekterades. Vi behövde vila efter en lång dag, men grannarna var väldigt störande ända till kl. 01.00 och 02.00 på natten.
Vi hoppas att hotellets ledning vidtar åtgärder för att säkerställa lugn och ro på nätterna. Förutom detta var allt annat perfekt.

Positive: Clear instructions but not detailed enough
Negative: I arrived at night and could not find the keybox as the box itself was not easily recognizable I didnty actually see it, that did cause an issue with check in. I did learn from it though, I will make sure that I have an active phone connection when traveling the next time.

I would like to complain about what I would consider the most important area in a studio in this Cold city, the shower obviously, it was warm, almost cold, but for sure, way to cold compare to the weather outside, when you go home exhausted from a long day, all you want is to take an hot and comfortable shower, which wasn’t possible because not only the water wasn’t hot enough but also, it was getting completely cold after only 4 minutes which is not acceptable at all; I would say that it totally ruined my stay, I stayed at the place 3 weeks, so I let you imagine, plus it’s not well isolated and the floor is really cold.
I’m very not satisfied and I do not want anyone to have to experience it.

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
