The apartment met our expectations, everything worked fine. We liked the green, well-kept and quiet neighborhood. Nearby there is a small center with two markets and other stores, which are also open on Sundays. There is a metro station and a bus stop within walking distance from the apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was spotless, comfortable, and located in a lovely area. The host was fantastic—always quick to respond and incredibly kind. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Un apartament frumos, arata aproximativ ca in poze, locatie buna, linistita, gazda receptiva.
Catve chestii care nu mi au placut este ca baia era putin murdara, am spalat eu wc si chiuveta si alta chestie e ca era foarte foarte foarte frig, adica ni s a zis ca e putin mai frig ca totusi e suedia dar nu ma asteptam sa fie chiar asa frig, am dormit cu pijamele groase, sosete groase si am tremurat toata noaptea de frig. Daca nu aveti o problema cu curatenia la baie si frigul recomand, pertotal a fost ok.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
