I have never given a poor review before on Airbnb, but Andreas truly was not a good host.
A growing issue with Airbnb is that as more landowners, who buy up spaces and place them all onto Airbnb, means the authenticity of staying in someone’s home is lost.
Andrea’s provided no information on the surrounding area or things to do (despite asking), and many of the basic ameneties expected when staying somewhere for 5 days (a bed mattress, bedding for the duvet and pillows, more than one towel) was not supplied, and I had to get into contact with Airbnb as the host was not replying. Moreover, the pillows were poor quality (more like something you would have on a sofa as a decorative cushion) than something you’d rest your head on.
It was bazaar to me that they’ve built this beautiful Airbnb and then put minimal effort into the sleeping experience. As mentioned earlier, there was no mattress as well, only a mattress topper.

It was a perfect place for what we needed. Easy to reach the center by public transportation (Both bus and ferry). Andreas was very helpful and attentive. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Wir hatten ein paar gute Tage in Stockholm. Wohnung funktional, sauber und alles Nötige vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage, entweder mit Bus oder noch besser mit Fähre ist man schnell in der Innenstadt.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
