Andrea´s place is a great neighbourhood to stay in when in Stockholm. Very close groceries and shops, and a quick walk to the subway station that takes you anywhere. Highlight to the sunset and quietness.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig die Bratpfannen könnten mal ersetzt werden.
Dadurch das das Haus schon älter ist, ist die Isolation nicht gut. Bei den eher frischen Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir dann einen Pullover in der Wohnung übergezogen. :-)
Der Blick auf das Wasser ist wirklich toll und war für uns mit ausschlaggebend für die Wahl dieser Wohnung.

The flat of Andreas is very well located (some minutes only to the metro station) and is at described. I would recommend it. The only negative thing for me is that the communication is mainly via automated messages.

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas’s apartment!
The flat was clean and as explained in the description! We had a great view from balcony to the canals. And we could also enjoy the sunsets from there! The flat is accessible in 20-25 min from the city center, which was totally fine for us!
The only thing that could be better was the quality of the double bed!
Anyways 5start for the price!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
