I had a fantastic stay at this calm and peaceful studio apartment, just a short 12-minute walk from the Stockholmsmässan Exhibition and Congress Center—an ideal location for business travelers attending events there daily. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, with all the essentials provided, making it incredibly cozy and comfortable. The quiet atmosphere was a wonderful plus, allowing me to relax and unwind after busy days. The pizzeria on the lower level was a bonus; their pizza selection is extensive and absolutely delicious!
Andrea was an exceptional host—very gracious, responsive, and thorough, with clear check-in and check-out instructions. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area for business or pleasure.

Great location, close to bus, trains and supermarkets. Should have provided with microwave and tv for long term stays, Other than this small things everything is great. Andreas is very helpful and very fast in communication.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
