1 bedroom apartment, exactly as described. Cosy living room, nice kitchen with all you need. No TV, but we probably wouldn’t have used it if it was there as there is so much to do in Stockholm.
Apartment is less than 5 mins from nearest metro station - St Eriksplan. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. We used the SL card from the airport and throughout our stay in Stockholm, very easy.

Just an average apartment. It is about an old apartment that has undergone renovation at some point. Furnishings were poor, with limited storage space. The main issue was the bathroom which was very poorly made, while the bathtub was literally in the air. In addition, in the wider building there is the issue of soundproofing and heating, as there is a central heating system and it is difficult to adjust the temperature inside the apartment. On the plus side, Vasastan is a very nice neighborhood, with nice places to eat and drink and a short distance from the center.

Amazing airbnb on an even more amazing central location. Close to a beautiful stunning natural park and next to one of the coolest streets with bars and restaurants. Also a good and comfortable 20 minute walk or 10 bike to the city center shopping street. I’ve tried many locations in Stockholm and this was my favorite. Perfect house, spacious and the host was professional and responsive.

Rigtig god og flot lejlighed. Rolige omgivelser men tæt på metro og gode restauranter og bagerier. Der er hverken opvaskemaskine eller vaskemaskine, og køkkenet har kun få redskaber.

在这住了好多天
首先说下优点：地理位置非常好，机场大巴直达，走走路就到了，并且离地铁站很近，十分钟左右的路程。周边有很多吃饭和喝咖啡的店，便利店超市也多，很方便。并且周边环境非常好。公寓内跟照片上一样，很好看。
缺点是 因为是老房子，所以地板比较脆弱，走路会发出特别吵的声音。也能听到来自楼上的脚步声。床垫太软了，两个人睡的话别想睡好，睡眠浅的话旁边有动静的话会醒。枕头很小也很软，睡起来不舒适。总之床上用品我不喜欢，建筑有睡眠困难的人需要慎重考虑。浴室没有挂衣服的钩子，洗澡不方便。另外也许当地习俗问题，对垃圾分类有要求，没配垃圾桶。这点我可以理解，但是作为一个接待全世界各地的民宿，我认为它需要一些便利设施，而不是只是光看起来好看的房子。

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
