It was okay for the price we paid! We didn’t cook at home mostly used it as a place to sleep and did some work from there. Like others said: it was cold in the apartment (and I’m from Stockholm myself 😅) and the bathroom is very small.

Solid, small flat, accurately described per listing at a good price point, located in a convenient residential neighborhood. Excellent radiator heat during winter months. One of the smaller bathrooms I've encountered in an Airbnb, but very functional wirh very good heated water. The electric lock is indeed difficult at first, but no issues after contacting host, who is helpful and prompt. Recommended -

All good, the bus takes you from the airport directly to St. Eriksplan, which is only a 3.minute walk from the apartment. Nice surroundings. Unfortunately, the parakey-app leaves no room for any flexibility whatsoever. Check in at 16hrs means no entrance at 15.59hrs. Checkout the same story. Otherwise, we had a great weekend!

Las instrucciones de llegada fueron poco claras, las fotos del anuncio del departamento y el departamento no coincidieron. Durante nuestra estadía llego una persona a comunicarnos que se habían equivocado en darnos el departamento que habíamos reservado, sin embargo, yo había preguntado antes y me habían dicho que no, hubo muchas inconsistencias durante nuestra estadía. Me parece importante mencionar que el sofá cama no es muy cómodo para dormir.

A very nice and clean apartment. It’s close to the station. Olof was responsive and gave clear guidelines. The downside is that there’s no microwave.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
