Allt var enligt förväntan men tyvärr bodde vi där i en period (oktober) när vädret slog om och blev kallt och huset hade inte hunnit acklimatisera sig och lägenhet var kall. Tyvärr inget som kunde justeras.
I övrigt är det bra läge och perfekt för en familj med två vuxna och två barn (9 och 6 år). Bra restauranger i området och enkelt att ta sig med tunnelbanan som ligger nära.
Olof var bra och kommunikativ som värd.

En mycket trevlig lägenhet i ett fantastiskt mysigt område. Vi hade en fin vistelse. Den angivna storleken på hissen stämde dock inte och i kombination med att hissen inte går till planet där lägenheten ligger lämpar lägenheten inte sig om man har barnvagn med sig. Olof var vänlig och snabb på att svara och vi skulle gärna bo i lägenheten igen när vi inte har barnvagn.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The space was cozy, and the location was absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed. It made getting around really easy, which I appreciated. Communication with the host was timely.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved to make it even better. While the space was comfortable, there were some minor details that could have been attended to. Nothing major, but a little extra attention would really elevate the experience.
All in all, a good stay in a great location, with some small tweaks that could make it excellent!

It was a really nice place. The neighbourhood was in an excellent spot. The house was very clean.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
