Le séjours a été très sympa a Stockholm et nous avons eu un appartement très sympathique
Proche d'un supermarché et du Bus
Des frais de l'hôte peuvent être appliqué en cas de besoins ou de problèmes
Cependant, nous avons eu un appartement plus petit que prévu mais propre et conviviale pour faire un bon séjour

Casa molto carina, un po' distante dal centro ma raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 30 minuti.
È situata in un palazzo che non si capisce bene se è un ospedale, infatti la scritta fuori può confondere.
Molto comodo il supermercato davanti la struttura.
L'appartamento è essenziale, si può stare bene solo per passare 2-3 giorni per vedere la città. L'host chiede di lasciare l'appartamento pulito ma senza fornire alcun prodotto di pulizia a parte una pezzetta per la cucina e il sapone per i piatti.
In cucina mancava l'essenziale come scotex, tovaglioli, scolapasta ma anche il minimo indispensabile per cucinare come zucchero, sale ed olio che in tutte le case di Airbnb dove sono stato fornivano.
Ci ha dato solo 1 asciugamano a testa ed era davvero poco.
Il bagno è da rivedere perché quando si fa la doccia di allaga tutto il pavimento ed hanno dato solo un tiracqua piccolo a mano per asciugare (LOL).
Nel letto c'era solo un cuscino a testa e per chi dorme con due è stato un po' scom

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
