Ev fotograflarda gorundugu gibiydi. Guzel bir mutfagi vardi. Bulundugu yer metroya 10 dk yurume mesafesindeydi ancak cok sessiz bir muhitti ve yapilacak pek birsey yoktu. Evde bulasik makinesi var gorunuyor ancak yoktu.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce bel appartement au cœur d’un quartier résidentiel plus que calme. La propreté était au rendez vous et les instructions étaient très claires malgré le fait qu’on n’ait pas de communication direct avec l’hôte (communication par messages automatiques seulement). Nous n’avons pas rencontré de problème particulier, ce qui ne nous a pas pousser à communiquer mais je n’ai aucun doute sur la réactivité de l’hôte.
L’accessibilité depuis le centre de Stockholm est très simple et l’appartement en est assez proche.

This apartment was perfect for our time in Sweden visiting family and was only a 10 minute walk from the subway station. It was tidy and clean.

Points positifs :
-Logement propre, draps et linge de toilettes également, produit cosmétique et de nettoyage à disposition.
- Immeuble et quartier calme.
-Compter 8 min environ de marche à pied pour rejoindre la station de métro et ensuite environ 15 min de métro pour rejoindre le centre, c'est rapide c'est rapide mais vous êtes pas dans le centre.
Points négatifs :
- Salle de bains et WC réunis dans une petite pièce.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
