Das Zimmer war sauber bis auf das Badezimmer in dem noch Haare im Fischabfluss waren und benutzte Pickel-Patches an dem Badezimmerschrank geklebt haben. Die Größe war zumutbar. Allerdings war die Küche sehr klein und hatte keinen Ofen (!). Zudem war das Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks offen gewesen, wodurch ein riesiger Eisblock das Fach blockierte. Trotz mehrfacher Absprache kam niemand um dies zu beheben. Bushaltestelle war direkt um die Ecke.

We stayed in this flat as 2 adults and our 1.5 year-old daughter for 4 nights. The location is really good. By taking just one subway line you can reach the lovely neighbourhood and about 10 minutes walk to the building. The building is a big complex which includes a school, a hospital and etc. So it is really a struggle to understand which door, which elevator you should take to get in. And every step requires a password, even the flat door. Once you could get all the ways to get in everything is getting easier. The flat inside is quite comfy, elegant and clean. The problem about the noise that comes from construction starting early in the morning that other guests mention is real. But we were outside all days so we didn’t complain about it so much. The real problem about the flat was heating for us. The owner knew that we came with a baby. The heating unit didn’t work properly, the upper part was just a little warm, and down below was ice cold. Of course it was not the dead of winter

Unfortunately, we had some trouble in this apartment. We arrived late at night and one of us got locked in to the bathroom, because the handle was not working properly anymore. It was a complete desaster as we did not know what to do in the middle of the night. When we somehow made it by accident after what felt like hours, we also had a very short sleep due to the construction noise in the morning. There were also instructions for the front door and a potential threat for locking us in, so that we were afraid not to get out and miss our flight. Also, we didnt expect there to be heavy fines for not following the check out instructions (bedsheets waste etc etc). Even though the place was relatively cheap and located well, our experience has been overshadowed by these incidents.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
