We were a group of five people and had a great stay there. Both bedrooms had space for clothing and there's a huge wardrobe for jackets in the hallway as well as a huge mirror.
The walls are quite thin so I had my friends talking in the bedrooms sometimes but it's alright.
The only thing you need to consider beforehand is that you have to separate the different kind of waste like organic, plastic, paper and general waste - and glass, as you need to throw these in different containers - which is just on the ground floor but in another door outside the building (took us a while to find it at first).
Anyway Elias was always helpful and responded within minutes! Can highly recommend his apartment and him as a host.

Nice apartment in a quiet area with some restaurants and grocery stores. There is a walking bridge that leads directly to Södermalm and you can walk to the city center. The metro is approximately 1 km away.

Excellent stay at Elias' place, we enjoyed the apartment, very well situated and totally answering our needs. Elias is very reactive when asked questions and makes everything for the stay to go smoothly. I recommend!

This accommodation is very good. You don't have to go to the center to enjoy the beautiful river view, delicious restaurants and convenient transportation. My kids and I like it very much.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
