Nice apartment! Good shape and "minimal Scandinavian" interior. We spend a week there with 4 adults, really maxing its capacity. For 4 persons, more storage for clothes and hangers would have been good. For 2, it should be quite sufficient.

First I tried to contact him on his phone number or call him directly and he refused so the communication was only through airbnb which causes some slow response, second he did not tell me that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, and the stairs are difficult to climb, third there is an internet modem but it does not work and I contacted him and he told me that there is no internet! I had to leave the apartment at 11 and I asked him to give me until 12 and he refused. He was not positively committed to me

Bra ställe, nära bussar och 20 min till stan. Matkop nära. Bra säng, ren overallt både i läghenheten och utanfor men ingen hemma känsla. Skulle bara påpeka det är inte ok att påstå att WI FI finns men den egentligen inte fungerar. Extra saker skulle sitta fint som skulle kännas som “välkommen till oss”. Känns bara som en ren business .
Localizat bine, mijloace de transport la 1 min de mers pe jos, 30 min până în centrul orașului. Pat f bun, apartament curat dar fără sentiment de “acasă”.
Wi Fi inexistent deși este prezentat ca funcțional. Ar putea fi de folos consumabile la bucătărie pentru o și mai bună colaborare cu oaspeții. Deasemenea câteva pliculete de ceai si cafea ar ajuta in multe cazuri.
Pe scurt un loc unde poti pune capul pe perna pentru a porni a doua zi intr-o noua expeditie

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
