Bästa läget.<br>Har allt man behöver.<br>Städningen är utmärkt, det är en gammal lägenhet och det uppskattas att den är så ren. <br>Uppvärmningen är fantastisk, särskilt användbart under denna tid.

Superbostad, perfekt för att utforska Stockholms Gamla Stan till fots. Lättillgänglig kollektivtrafik. Butiker inom nära räckhåll; även många caféer och restauranger. Varma rekommendationer!

Lägenheten ligger i den vackra gamla stan, belägen vid ett ljuvligt torg – en verkligt trevlig plats, dessutom inte speciellt bullrig. Jag ger bara tre stjärnor eftersom vattenberedaren var alldeles för liten, vilket innebar att det inte fanns tillräckligt med varmvatten för duschar och disk. Vi fick erfara konsekvenserna av detta på ett mindre behagligt sätt. Dessutom var duschslangen felmonterad (blandaren var upp och ner), vilket påverkade duschupplevelsen negativt. Några grundläggande saker, som kaffekoppar, saknades också. Trots dessa mindre brister hade vi en trevlig vistelse tillsammans.

Lägenheten låg i en äldre byggnad och den här recensionen tar hänsyn till detta. Golvbrädorna var original och visserligen lite dammiga, men värden tipsade om att använda tofflor. Det nämndes inte att det finns 75 trappsteg samt de något utmanande trappstegen in till lägenheten – upplysningen om att det saknades hiss borde ha sått en varningsflagga. <br>Badrummet och sängkläderna var mycket rena och jag fann sängen bekväm. Det fanns gott om varmvatten och uppvärmningen fungerade bra. <br>Tyvärr lämnade faciliteterna en del att önska om man planerade att vistas längre tid i lägenheten. <br>Gardinerna var inte optimala, de höll inte riktigt stängt som de skulle, och i köket saknades fönsterförhängen helt, vilket var olyckligt med tanke på att fönstret vetter direkt mot ett annat. Persiennen i sovrummet fungerade inte heller. <br>Det tillhandahölls instantkaffe/te, men ingen vattenkokare och, märkligt nog, bara en kopp! Det fanns inga kapslar för kaffemaskinen samt inga instruktioner om vilka man behövde (de var dessutom kostsamma att införskaffa). De tre matstolarna var också fläckiga, vilket var synd, och reparationerna på vägg/tak var inte helt avslutade med bara synlig gips, vilket inte är idealiskt för allergiker.

Det stora positiva med boendet är läget. I hjärtat av den charmiga stadsdelen Gamla Stan har du nära till restauranger, barer och framför allt en Coop som har sen stängning – mycket praktiskt. Lägenheten har dessutom en unik och charmig stil. Värden är relativt lyhörd, även om meddelandena inte känns särskilt personliga, vilket är synd.<br>Å andra sidan upplever man att lägenheten kan förbättras när det gäller komfort. De trasiga persiennerna, orenligheterna på salongens väggar, avsaknaden av nymålad yta samt en dusch som lämnar önskan om en bättre upplevelse bidrar tyvärr till intrycket. Detta är tråkigt när man efter en kall dag längtar efter en uppfriskande dusch. Sovrummet är något lutande, vilket kan påverka sömnkvaliteten, och i köket saknas vissa bekvämligheter som exempelvis en vattenkokare, samt att det endast finns två skålar – vilket kan vara otillräckligt för en större sällskap. Jag rekommenderar detta Airbnb främst för två personer och med en vistelse om högst två nätter.

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
