Sett bort ifra at nøkkel ikke funker innni utsjekkingsdato, og eget skjema fra utleier som må signeres ETTER bekreftet ok reservering fra Airbnb - er stedet fint. Utleiebetingelsene vitner om at er behov for strenge utleieregler pga festing tipper vi, så vi styrer unna her neste gang. Pga formalitetene, død nøkkel kl 00:01 utsjekkingsdag og trolig mye fest i høysesong.

We enjoyed a short stay in this apartment. The apartment was exacly as described. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Short walk to nice restaurants. Hiking paths just outside the door.

Mycket bra läge, även när närmsta liften var stängd. Pjäxavstånd till backen, 2 minuter från Bergbanan för att enkelt ta sig till och från centrum. Fräsch o fin lägenhet. Väldigt välplanerad!

Et rigtig fint sted med ski in/out, rent, stort badeværelse og fine veludnyttede m2 - helt bestemt prisen værd.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
