Great place for a price we paid.
Cons:
* One bedroom is without windows.
* As other reviewers said, you need to rent the main house and small house together for privacy as the small house is 2m away from main entrance and has huge window on deck side.
* No place to store bikes.
* They use other site where you need to sign additional contract and send photo of your government ID.
Pros:
* Close to lifts.
* Great view from deck.
* Free parking.
* Hot tube was great!

Fantastiskt fint ställe med underbar utsikt. Rent, fint och trevligt bemötande! Gick fint att promenera ner till centrum eller till bergbanan för att slippa gå i uppförsbacke hem. Vi är jättenöjda!

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
