Had a great stay in Stockholm. The place was great with a fully stocked kitchen which had every appliances we could possibly need. This came in handy when making food for our infant. The washer and drier were also very convenient when travelling with a baby.
The host was very nice and super quick to respond to us and gave very detailed and clear instructions.
Location was great, only a 5 min walk or so from the train and lots of restaurants and cafes around. Gamla stan is a very charming part of Stockholm with loads of attractions nearby including the royal palace.
The only negative was that the bathroom had a bad odour, might have been just the smell from the pipes as the building is old or maybe it could do with extra cleaning. All in all it was not so bad and we would definitely stay here again.
Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Amazing area to stay in. There’s a murphy bed in the living room plus also the sleeping sofa. We were a family of 4. Bathtub/shower leaks quite a bit due to a lack of a curtain on back wall (gap behind shower head and faucets.). Water pressure and hot water was enough for one shower or two but not 4 people consecutively. But, given the truly ideal apot and the building and its age, this didn’t bother us too much. I think the value was okay for the location but not necessarily for the quality of the interior for 4 people. I would stay here again, regardless.

Fabulous location that’s walking distance to museums, restaurants, bars, etc. Our family of 5 stayed in the apartment and appreciated the washer/dryer, well appointed kitchen and the large TV during downtime. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

El apartamento está bien, pero antes de ir nos "amenazó" con que si hacíamos ruido nos iba a echar del apartamento y la verdad es que fue bastante incómodo. Ni siquiera estábamos en Suecia y ya nos estaba castigando sin motivo alguno.
Por otro lado, le pedimos hacer "late checkout" y nos cobró 60 € cuando no tenía el apartamento reservado.

Great location and all tourist attractions easily accessible by walking, train or ferry. The apartment was clean and supplied with everything you needed. The host gave clear directions. Just be aware that it is on the 3rd floor of a walk up, so heavy luggage could be an issue on the circular stairway.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
