What an amazing breakfast view over the Åre Village and slopes above - just like in pictures! This apartment is a real ski in - ski out location, so I can warmly recommend if you wish to save your feet for skiing! :) Two floors up with the elevator and 50 meters walk.
Just a small minus concerning the very sensitive fire alarm which can be caused by steamy shower or cooking food without proper ventilation on. Alarm was launched somewhere in building twice during our vacation week, followed by compulsory exit for all.
Nevertheless, we would like to return and hire this apartment again! All our questions were kindly answered without any delays. Thank you! :)

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
