Mein Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung von Pontus in Åre war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist ideal am Hang – nur wenige Gehminuten von den besten Downhillpisten und Wanderwegen entfernt. Vom Bahnhof aus sind es etwa 15 steile Minuten zu Fuß den Berg hinauf. Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann.
Die Küche ist, außer einem Backofen, voll ausgestattet und ermöglichte es mir, einige Mahlzeiten selbst zuzubereiten. Besonders gefallen hat mir der gemütliche Wohnbereich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sorgten für erholsame Nächte.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es z. B. am Bahnhof. Ich fühlte mich rundum wohl und willkommen.
Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Urlaub, und ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Åre verbringen möchte. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Som beskrivning ungefär. Väldigt litet kök, kökstillbehör ligger i garderoben och har ingen annan plats.

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
