Underbar utsikt från lägenheten. Ljust och fräscht, allt vi behövde fanns i köket och badrummet hade golvvärme vilket var mycket uppskattat. Mycket nära till skidbacken över den lilla gångbron. En dag fungerade inte korten i ytterdörren när vi skulle gå in, kortläsaren var trasig, men vi blev insläppta av några som var på väg ut. Efter att vi kontaktat support så var kortläsaren snabbt fixad, så inga mer problem. Mycket bra läge och trevlig att ta sig upp och ned till Åre By med hjälp av linbanan Bergbanan som ligger alldeles intill.

Rekommenderas.
Allt var toppen med boendet. Lätt att ta sig till och från backen. Lägenheten var fint städad. Sängarna var sköna. Lägenheten var lagom för 2 personer. Vi använde köket för att laga vår mat under veckan. Det funkade perfekt.
För att ta sig till och från byn från lägenheten tar man med fördel Bergbanan och kliver av/på vid mellan mellanstationen. Väldigt smidigt när man har bagage att släpa på. Annars är det en väldigt brant backe upp till Tott.
Ankomst dagen förvarade vi våra väskor i förvaringsskåp på Åre station. Sista dagen förvarade vi våra väskor på Åre Ölkaffes väskförvaring som ligger precis bredvid tågstationen.
Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Mycket bra läge för skidåkning och bekvämt boende när andra aktiviteter i Åre. Vi hade en toppenvistelse i Pontus lägenhet.

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
