Pontus var en mycket bra värd eftersom han alltid svarade snabbt och gav väldigt tydliga och enkla instruktioner. Lägenheten var super fräsch och ligger med prefekt gångavstånd från både byn och backen.

Fin lägenhet med sköna sängar och väldigt nära backen. Lugnt och tyst läge. Värden var tillmötesgående och svarade snabbt. Lagom för oss, en familj på fyra och en hund. Minus var soffan som knappt höll ihop och köksutrustningen som var väldigt spartan. Saknade bland annat brödrost.

Allt var jättebra, valde for the money.
Tyst, personligt, mkt nära till tittliften&bergbanan när man skulle ner o hem från byn.

Nice and cozy place very close to ski lift. Lots of restaurants nearby. The place is on a hill, so it might be a bit hard to get there by feet with heavy luggage, but there’s a lift going up and down every 20 minutes, which solves it. Would love to stay again 🙌

Bra boende, nära till lift och till Åre torg.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
