Lovely spot - great responsive host - we were very cosy. Very handy for the lifts - although be aware that the last bit getting up to the lift can be icy and a bit tricky. House is very comfortable - feels like home. Perfect for a couple. Good for four. Might feel a bit tight for more than that. Easy to walk to some nice little bars and the supermarket (about 10-15 mins). All in all - we loved it and would be very happy to come back.

Great location next to the lifts. Well equipped with kitchenware etcetera. This was my second stay in at this place, and I’d be happy to return again.

The apartment is located close to ski lifts in Duved, and they are connected to the lifts in Tegefjäll as well. 10 minutes drive to Åre. The apartment is good and convenient for up to 6 people. Some things need some maintenance.

Mysig enkel stuga i blandad retro och modern stil. Bra läge med ski-in från barnbacken samt nära till skidbusshållplatsen vid fjällporten.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
