Mycket trevligt boende nära till både backen och Åre by. Vi var 4st personer i boendet under 5 dagar, och det funkade hur bra som helst!

Litet men bra boende ned närhet till pisten. Utmärkt för en vecka med fokus på skidåkning eller annan aktivitet utanför lägenheten. Pontus var alltid nåbar och fixade snabbt en lösning på problem som dök upp.

Rätt bra läge med nära till liften, helt okej lägenhet, fräscht osv. En bra bit upp att gå från byn så utnyttja Bergsbanan (önskar att jag visste det första dagen). Värden Pontus var tydlig i kommunikationen och relativt snabb att svara men jag tror inte att han befinner sig på destinationen för det kunde ta ett tag att få hjälp efter svar, när våra kort plötsligt slutade fungera t.ex. Det kändes även något snålt med skräppåsar och toalettpapper som vi behövde köpa själva. Känns som en onödig kostnad att spara in på. Hade nog betalt lite mer för bättre service men skulle inte säga att jag är missnöjd ändå.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
