Very good location at Södermalm with walking distance to center. Apartments are spacious, cozy and well equipped.

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it's very spacious, in a great location and had all the amenities listed. Elias was very responsive and suggested a great luggage storage solution around the corner for the day we checked out. I'd highly recommend staying there. My only slight criticism was there was a slightly strange smell in the bathroom, but it wouldn't put us off from coming back. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung von Elias war sehr schön und super sauber, die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt, auch die Lage war perfekt, sowohl an der U-Bahn als auch für einen Spaziergang bei schönem Wetter. Direkt um die Ecke sind ein großer ICA und ein Lidl.
Ein paar Punkte die uns aufgefallen sind und die unserer Meinung nach bei dem Preis, den man bezahlt erfüllt sein sollten:
Wir waren 5 Freunde und leider waren nur 2 Decken und Kissen vorbereitet so, dass wir den Rest noch selbst machen mussten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlte Salz, Pfeffer, Öl etc. obwohl es in der Beschreibung angegeben ist. Im Bad ist kein Duschvorhang vorhanden was an sich nicht allzu schlimm ist, man überflutet nur jedes mal das halbe Bad.

Finding lock was a bit complicated, but ok. Kirchen has no windows and there is a bedroom just next door (if you cook something more than microwave pizza, can be a problem). Everything else was great, we had a good stay

I had a lovely moment at Elias’s place!
The location is more than perfect - there are many cool shops/restaurants which makes your walking very fun and stimulating, and close to a metro station.
The check-in procedure was a bit surprising one (I didn’t expect the key was at there!) but I could find it out with his clear instruction. When I have questions, Elias responded quickly and it helped me a lot.
The apartment itself is so cozy and easy to settle in. I loved that modern Scandinavian style! There was just one night that outside people was very loud until after midnight (it was a payday Friday right before Halloween, so.) but the neighborhood is mostly quiet except for the night.
At some nights I felt cold and couldn’t change the temperature due to their central heating system, but it turned out okay after I found a floor heating system tab in the kitchen for the small room and a heater in the storeroom for the bigger room.
Overall, it was a great stay and I’d love to come back!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
