Comfortless, very old and extremely cold apartment. Warming elements were barely warm even at max power. Cant imagine staying there in late autumn or winter. Cold and dark bathroom with lights that need time to be brighter. Impression of a cheap hostel room.
Finding apartment keys was a challenging quest-keys were stored in a black unnoticeable box hanged on a pole and hidden between many bicycles.
I mean u enter the house with an app,why not to hang key box in front of apartment as other hosts do in the same house. That just doesnt make sence

The apartment was overpriced, lacked seating, and had a complicated check-in process. The misleading parking information caused me to pay extra fees and get a parking ticket. They mention that they have free street parking but no. It is only free at nights. Even though I was quite careful about parking, I got a ticket. Due to its stress, I forgot to return the keys which are placed in another street out of the building. The host contacted me later and, despite my apologies and returning the keys within two days, they demanded 1000 SEK without providing any proof of costs. It felt like the host was trying to profit from the situation.

Perfect for our weekend stay in Stockholm. Apartment was a good size, bed was super comfy, location was absolutely perfect. Tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance - way more chill/trendy vibe but more down to earth than the luxury neighborhoods of Stockholm. Easy walk to the metro. Elias was very responsive when we had trouble checking in and finding the lock box, the app is super easy to use so unless you have challenges using modern technology you’ll be fine (aka ignore the negative reviews). Would def stay here again!

Elias é stato sempre disponibile con noi, rapido nelle risposte e collaborativo. L’appartamento era perfetto per due persone, rispetta le richieste che io avevo fatto ad Elias al momento della prenotazione. Abbiamo usufruito della cucina, della lavanderia ed é risultato tutto impeccabile! Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei volentieri!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
