Très bon séjour au sein de Stockholm avec cet appartement idéalement situé et extrêmement propre. La rue où nous étions situés est calme et paisible alors que nous sommes en plein cœur de la ville. L’appartement est idéalement agencé et Elias répondait à toutes nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le logement était super bien situé et une fois dans l’immeuble c’était super tranquille! J’ai adoré utiliser l’application Parakey pour entrer, très facile! Il y avait des tonnes de cafés, restaurants, magasins à distance de marché. Sinon le métro ou l’autobus sont très faciles d’accès. Le lit, bien que très confortable, était très mou, avis au dos fragile comme le mien! Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine, mais elle était bien équipée. Je recommande sans problème! Quartier très sécuritaire et central! Élias répond rapidement.

Elias’ apartment is very well situated, close to streets with plenty of restaurants and cafes, as well as the metro. The studio is perfect for 2 people, and had everything needed (towels, shampoo, cooking equipment…). Communication with Elias was smooth. Absolutely recommend!

From proactive communication and incredibly professional responsiveness from Elias before our stay to a smooth arrival and access to the Airbnb and the laundry room of the building, we were blown away at the value and ease this Airbnb provides for a lovely stay in Stockholm!

The place itself was quite nice - in a lively neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants and close to the metro, but not noisy at night. It was also clean, the bed was very comfy, and despite the inconvenience of having to download an app for a short stay, it is handy to be able to open doors with your phone.
I can't say this place really embodies the culture that most Airbnbs have. I didn't feel like a 'guest', only a customer, like I'm just another opportunity for profit. It was reminiscent of a cheap airline charging for every little thing.
Personally, it makes me uncomfortable to be continuously bombarded with messages to offer me things like checking in early (which I didn't ask for) only to tell me after I agreed that there's an expensive fee, heavily hinting not to turn on the heat even though it's winter, etc. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it's not exactly what I'd call hospitable. That said, it was a very nice place.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
