Fin lägenhet på ett perfekt läge och en mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Lägenheten var fläckfri och lätt att nå från tunnelbanestationen (inom 5 minuters promenad). Kommunikationen med Elias flöt på smidigt både före och under vår vistelse. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

A great, spacious apartment in a fantastic and easy to get to location. The space was clean and organized. Had everything we needed and the app to open the doors was a breeze.

The location of the flat is fantastic. Supermarkets and cafés are in the immediate area as well as the nearest bus and train stations.The communication with Elias was easy and the digital key concept worked very well. The flat was also as described and well equipped. I can only recommend the accommodation.

Whilst the location was great & the apartment was well thought out, the noise from the upstairs apartment was terrible with loud thumping day & night for the whole 5 days. The additional ID requirements are excessive & Elias doesn’t appear to have a policy for deleting personal information once he has requested it. Airbnb states that Elias typically responds in 10 minutes, this was not our experience as he was very slow to respond.We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, only to find the second bedroom had not been made up. Great location but we wouldn’t recommend this apartment.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
