Modern studio in Åre, Sweden’s biggest ski resort. The flat is around 20m2 and consists of a living room with a furnished kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The studio is very luminous as it has two big windows. It is close to the Old part of Town and many good restaurants.

Excellent with 30 m to the lift, and down/uphill walk (or tram) to Åre main square . Nice studio , w basic cooking. Only suggestion to improve is to either provide luggage storage facility for arrival /departure days , or extend checkout to 11am

This is a fantastic place to stay when skiing in Åre - the ski bridge on level 4 makes getting out and back home so easy!
Apartment has everything you need and a fantastic view. It’s always great to have a kitchen as well so you can cook your own food.
We highly recommend Kim’s place!

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
