Premetto che la corrispondenza con l'host è stata eccellente, rispondeva velocemente ad ogni mia richiesta ed in modo soddisfacente, ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto più piacevole. L'appartamento si trova al 5° piano ma con ascensore, molto tranquillo e silenzioso, è idoneo per 3 persone perché la camera matrimoniale è troppo, ma veramente troppo piccola. C'è un letto matrimoniale attaccato su quasi 3 lati al muro, si scende da un solo lato , perché manca la porta e c'è una tenda che la divide dalla cucina. Inoltre il bagno è un po' piccolo e bisogna stare attenti alla doccia perché non essendoci una tenda per evitare la fuoriuscita dell'acqua, potrebbe bagnare la carta igienica o eventuali indumenti. Nel complesso se non si hanno eccessive pretese, e serve solo per dormire, vista la tranquillità della zona si può fare. A pochi passi ci sono vari supermercati e pizzerie

Je tiens a signaler que l'appartement en lui meme est sympa et bien place
Le Grand point noir c'est la salle de bain ou plutôt la salle d'eau qui n'est pas du tout fonctionnelle c'est vraiment tres nul
un lavabo minuscule ou on peut meme pas se laver les mains ni le visage sans qu'on se mouille complètement
aucune patères pour accrocher serviettes ou vêtements
lumières très faible
porte qui ne ferma pas

Le logement est très bien situé pour se déplacer vers les zones touristiques et une rue de bons restaurants/boulangerie est très proche. Hormis l'odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain le logement était propre.
Plusieurs soucis sont notables.
La salle de bain est vétuste (néon, robinet d'eau froide cassé (donc, danger pour les enfants), pas de rideau de douche.
L'annonce indique une chambre et un salon ce qui est faux : hormis pour la sdb il n'y a aucune porte, la chambre communique par un rideau avec le reste de l'appartement, le salon donne sur le couloir.. donc il n'y a pas d'intimité.
Nous avons tenté de communiquer avec Fredrik, sans réaction de sa part en rapport avec les soucis évoqués.
Par ailleurs, nous trouvons les exigences intrusives/ démesurées : il nous a été demandé un lien linkedin avant notre arrivée et notifié qu'il était interdit d'écouter de la musique !

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
