For the money spent, I would have expected better responses and solutions to our concerns and requests at check in and the following day.

Konaklama sırasında iki tane sorun ile karşılaştım; ilki eve girdiğimizde evin temizlenmemiş olması idi. İkincisi ve daha ürkütücü olanı ise eve başka bir misafirin biz evdeyken girmesi oldu.
Açıklama olarak dış kapıyı kilitlememiş olmamızdan kaynakladığı söylendi ancak dış kapı içerden kilitlenmiyordu. Bunlar dışında vaad edilen imkanları sunuyordu.

We had a very nice stay at Olof's apartment. The bed was immensely comfy, the kitchen super clean and extremely equipped (you really have everything). We also loved the area in the nature, very calm and with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The apartment itself is super pretty.
The only two things are: the bathroom, really small and without a ventilation system; and the absence of proper curtains (the one we had were broken/not blocking out the light) in the bedrooms - which I understand might not be a problem for everybody, but if you can't sleep with the light (like us) it becomes a problem especially with longer days. So I would recommend maybe proper ones.

The host was very friendly and responsive. For every inquiry, we received a helpful answer immediately. We really liked the location as everything was within walking distance, and the subway was very close by. Unfortunately, the accommodation wasn’t completely faultless; the knob on the bedroom door was broken and an electrical outlet was also damaged, which posed a potential safety risk for children.

I came for the weekend with 2 friends. Very good communication with Olof, I highly recommend this apartment.
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
