Prisvärd och fräsch lägenhet med mycket bra läge vid pisten. Fungerade bra för fyra personer. Stort och bra badrum. Köket saknar mikro, ugn, kaffebryggare och användbar stekpanna. En dammsugare hade varit bra att ha till den bruna heltäckningsmattan.

Huge Tott hotel house. Exellet ski-in and out apartment. Also option to walk shor easy distance to Hyttan restaurant where is access to vm6 side sloaps. Also old train connection to city center is near. Walking distance to Are main square.
Kitchen needs microwave owen and new cooking pan. Fire alarm system is very sensitive and causes easily fake alarms..

The place it self was good. Owner however instilled threats regarding noise levels before we even arrived “there are db monitors which send a security firm and cancel your stay immediately if above -70db (which isn’t a lot) just left us being afraid of even laughing. Lastly, the host pretends to care and be available for questions - which isn’t true, it’s strictly business and any requests will be ignored.
Unsympathetic host for sure.
Nearly forgot, the apartment which is for 6 people, have 3 tea spoons, 4 coffee cups, the stove can only fit 1 pot at a time - useless kitchen if you’re more than 3 really.

The location is great, close to the ski lift. The apartment is very nice and easy to access. The only con was that there was no place to dry the jackets or gloves because the heaters were cold (but it was warm in the apartment).

Tämä on palaute huoneesta 309..
Kohde on siisti mutta kolkosti sisustettu. Meitä oli kolme ystäväperhettä majoittunut samaan aikaan ja samalla hinnalla Tottin 6 hengen asunnoissa. 309 oli näistä selvästi heikoin ja kolkoin. Asunnon 309 keittiö oli onneton: kahvinkeitin, mikro ja pakastelokero pitäisi olla. Samoin ruskea kokolattiamatto näytti viikon päästä kamalalta kun asunnossa ei imuria.
Asunnon sijainti on paras mitä Åressa!!
Pontuksen kanssa yhteydenpito toimi nopeasti.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
