Andreas was a great host—his communication was prompt, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location of the flat is perfect, and the space itself is very generous, with two big double beds and clean sheets. Everything looked good to very good overall.
However, the lengthy check-in and check-out instructions were a bit cumbersome and felt more complicated than necessary. While Andreas was thorough, the process added some inconvenience to the stay. Additionally, the early 10am checkout—though clearly communicated—felt too early and made the overall experience less relaxing. If the instructions were streamlined and the checkout time extended, it would make for a much better experience.

We (4 adults, 1 child) stayed for a couple of days. Check-in was nice and smooth. The place is nice and cozy. As noted by many, the bathroom is small. Everything else was good. There was enough and more plates/bowls/mugs in the kitchen. Andreas was also very communicative. Good stay overall.

An apartment located in a very nice and quiet area, with easy connections to get anywhere. Everything inside the apartment was fine except that it was for 6 people (we were 5) and there were only 4 chairs available. Some of the windows had difficulty closing. Overall everything was very good and we enjoyed some very nice days in Stockholm.

Lägenheten låg bra och centralt, nära vårt Event på Galleri Karlavägen 70. Det fanns allt man behövde om än i litet format. Vi bodde fyra personer och allt fungerade perfekt. Rekommenderas.

Good location. Peaceful and not too far from the city center by car or metro. Very clean place with plenty of room for 3 people

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
