The place has 2 bedroom, a spacious in living room with a sofa bed , a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with washer machine. It is located close to the Tegefjäll and Duved's ski system. The area also offers nice hiking in the mountains

Siisti ja moderni asunto hyvällä sijainnilla Tegefjällissä.
Asunto oli juuri sopivan kokoinen meidän perheelle, 2 aikuista ja 2 teini-ikäistä nuorta vietti täällä oikein mukavan ja toimeliaan viikon.
Asunnossa oli erittäin hyvät sängyt, puhtaat valkeat lakanat ja pyyhkeet kuuluivat mukaan ja kaikki tarvittavat laitteet ja välineet löytyivät loman onnistuneeseen viettämiseen. Kalusteet olivat mukavat ja siistit.
Viestintä vuokraajan kanssa oli täsmällistä ja saimme kaiken tarvittavan tiedon ajoissa. Voimme suositella tätä majoitusta ja majoittajaa, ja todellakin voisimme tulla tänne uudelleen!

Very nice stay and easy communication with Kim. The place was as described and had everything we would need for one week stay. Also the sofa bed was very comfortable to sleep and easy to fold. Would recommend this place for anyone, short walk from the nearest slopes and skibus to Åre.

Fantastisk lägenhet med kort promenad till skidliftarna i Tegefjäll. Närhet till Duved/Åre för att handla och restauranger. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
