Schöne grosse Altbauwohnung auf 2 Etagen im 5. Stock mit schöner Aussicht, in guter Lage mit Nähe zu Bus und Metro. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und verschiedenen Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider nur winziges Bad mit Dusche, WC und winzigem Waschbecken. Für Lichtempfindliche gibt es in den Schlafzimmern leider keine Möglichkeit zum Abdunkeln. Leider war die WC Brille nicht befestigt, der Abfluss verstopft, einige Lampen und 2 Küchenschränke defekt. Die Nachbarn sind lärm-sensibel und stören sich am knarrenden Parkettboden beim Laufen.

2층으로 된 숙소는 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 다만 화장실의 세면대가 작아 세수를 하거나 양치하기엔 불편합니다. 주방은 넓고 조리도구가 갖춰져 있었으며 식탁이 넓어 6명이 널널하게 앉았습니다. 창문 밖으로 보이는 노을이 아주 멋졌습니다.
세제와 샴푸가 거의 없어 새로 사오고 환급 받아야 했지만 호스트가 친절하게 응대해주었습니다.

Beautiful place, decorated with taste.
A block from a nice street with plenty of good restaurants and public transport.
Also a really beautiful view of the city with large windows everywhere.

L'emplacement est le point fort de ce logement qui est aussi très spacieux. Bel immeuble.
Malheureusement trop de points négatifs.
L'arrivée est compliquée : Boîte à clés cachée dans un enchevêtrement de vélos dans la rue, difficile d'accès (seul un enfant a réussi à se glisser) et sale.
L'entrée dans l'immeuble pas claire: le message évoquait un badge et il fallait utiliser une clé.
La salle de bain est trop petite : le lavabo est un mini modèle pour WC. Meme se laver les dents est difficile.
il y avait seulement quelques feuilles de papier toilette pour 5 personnes. Les lits ne sont pas préparés. Pas de store ni rideau aux fenêtres.
Globalement, une impression de deal pas équitable : beaucoup d'exigences du gestionnaire avec documents supplémentaires à remplir, vos profils réseaux sociaux,... plusieurs messages avant arrivée pour demander d'être silencieux. On joue le jeu de notre mieux mais c'est à sens unique, les investissement minimums ne sont pas réalisés. Dommage 🫤

2. I might ask for additional identification and information upon booking
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
